Having three meals a day helps our body grow with a lot of energy. It helps us with thinking and learning and also we need to balance our diet too, with a variety of foods.
Healthy eating means ,having a lot of the right nutrients,Meat,fish,milk and water.Sometimes we need a bit of fat and sugar to keep our body working.
Eating healthy helps you with a lot of exercise and it also helps you living a normal healthy life.
